Karl Josef Co most recently recurred as Louie in THE ENDGAME on NBC. Karl network tested for the lead role of AUGGIE in the CBS/WB's EMPEROR OF MALIBU. Karl has guest appearances on MADAM SECRETARY, UNFORGETTABLE and UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT. Karl is a rising TV star breaking barriers in the industry & is the go-to young Asian American leading man in musical theatre. He was the first Asian actor to play the role of Sky in MAMA MIA at a major theater (TUTS). He was also in the mix for the 2nd time to replace Fiyero in WICKED and was the runner-up to replace Kristoff in FROZEN, both on Broadway as well. His theatrical highlights are the critically acclaimed PACIFIC OVERTURES revival directed by John Doyle & being in the world premiere cast of ALLEGIANCE, both shows he performed with George Takei.
