Anastasia Lin is an award-winning Chinese-Canadian actress and model who has appeared in more than 20 feature films and television productions.

Her films have received the Gabriel Award for Best Feature Film, the Mexico International Film Festival’s Golden Palm Award, and the California’s Indie Fest Award. Lin also won the Best Leading Actress in a TV Movie at the Leo Awards in 2016. She has a BA in Theater from the University of Toronto.

She drew global media attention after she was crowned Miss World Canada 2015. Due to her outspoken criticism of China's human-rights violations, the Chinese government denied her a visa for the Miss World Final pageant in Hainan, and later declared her persona non grata. Marie Claire called her "The Badass Beauty Queen," and the New York Times described her as "charismatic, canny and media-savvy."

Anastasia speaks fluent Mandarin, is based in NY and has a Green Card.
